Job summary

Juan Carlo-The Caterer, Incorporated is seeking a payroll and HR administration specialist to handle payroll processing, timekeeping, attendance, and statutory benefits compliance in the Philippines.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality and work on-site, including weekends or holidays when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or related role; fresh grads with internship may apply.
• Knowledge of payroll computation, timekeeping, attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with payroll or HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong numerical/analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee/payroll information.
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Able to meet payroll deadlines and work on-site, including weekends/holidays when necessary.
