Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of facilities maintenance or industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong background in preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing maintenance teams.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in industrial equipment.
• Experience in spare parts inventory and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Lead troubleshooting and repair of critical equipment to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and PM schedules.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and operational requirements.
• Supervise and support maintenance technicians in daily operations.
• Assign tasks and monitor completion of maintenance activities.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development plans.
• Lead technical training programs on equipment repair, diagnostics, and safety practices.
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes and equipment efficiency.
• Reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability through strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to align maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety training.
