Job summary

Jethrock Construction Corporation in Pasig is seeking an on-site supervisor with 3-5 years of experience in construction, specializing in MEPFS coordination and supervision. Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of construction site supervision experience.
• Experience with MEPFS systems in residential development.
• PRC license is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and oversee construction efforts at specific work sites.
• Plan MEPFS system interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule.
• Draft and provide written reports to the Chief Construction Officer/Construction Manager about progress, issues and completions.
• Direct, monitor and inspect contractors for schedule performance and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate and administer MEPFS materials, drawings and submittals.
• Attend weekly site meetings with project leadership and contractors.
