Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a QA/QC Associate for an on-site role in Antipolo City. The position requires a college graduate with an Industrial Engineering background preferred; you’ll master production monitor documents, inspect products, and coordinate repair status.

Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with a monthly salary of ₱20,000. The job is on-site at Antipolo City with responsibilities spanning inspection, documentation, and coordination with Production

Qualifications

Must be a college graduate with preferred Industrial Engineering or related engineering background.
Experience in QA/QC within manufacturing is required.
Strong emphasis on inspection, documentation, and process monitoring.

Responsibilities

Master the Production Monitor document for strict monitoring and control purposes.
Receive completed products directly from the Production team.
Inspect each product thoroughly to determine if it meets quality standards.
Track and monitor the status of products flagged for repair.
Document products that are beyond repair and coordinate their replacement with Production.
Forward all products that pass quality standards to the Receiving Department for processing.
