Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking a QA/QC professional to join our quality team and ensure product compliance from incoming to final inspection. The role requires diligent documentation, data analysis, and effective collaboration with Production and Engineering.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 3 years of QA/QC experience in electrical manufacturing or related industries, with strong attention to detail and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC within electrical manufacturing, fabrication, or related industrial environment.
• Familiarity with QA/QC tools, inspection methods, and quality documentation.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve product quality concerns.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and inspection checklists.
• Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures.
• Participate in internal quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze quality data and prepare management reports.
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by Management.
