Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a QA Manager on-site in Cavite with 3-5 years of QA leadership experience in electronics manufacturing. The role requires a engineering degree and strong regulatory knowledge.

The incumbent will oversee ISO 9001/14001 compliance, manage internal audits, and coordinate quality activities across the plant while ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• At least 5 years of QA supervision experience in an electronic manufacturing firm.
• Aggressive, innovative and able to work under pressure with strong leadership.
• Excellent skills in analysis, planning and problem solving; knowledge of regulations and quality standards.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Good in oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and improves compliance of the plant with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and specifications.
• Coordinates all quality activities; leads internal Quality Audit program and meetings.
• Represents the company during qualification, audits, and certification processes.
• Supervises document control, Quality manual and procedures management.
• Assists in establishing quality policy and implementation; ensures quality objectives are met.
• Monitors and ensures QMS is implemented and effective; drives non-conformity handling.
• Drives corrective/preventive actions and verification of effectiveness.
• Attends meetings with customers on quality and standard requirements; provides reports as needed.
• Establishes yearly audit and improvement plans for Quality; conducts internal audits.
