Job summary

Atlas Manufacturing Corporation in Plaridel, Bulacan seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot our production line, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable equipment performance. The role requires at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, with practical skills in mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.

Candidates with TESDA or welding certifications are welcome; PLCs and sensors experience is a plus; this is a full-time

Qualifications

At least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Graduate of a vocational or technical course in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.
Good knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, motors, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Experience with PLCs and sensors is advantageous.
Welding, fabrication and electrical troubleshooting skills are preferred.
TESDA, electrical or welding certifications are advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical and electrical systems on the production line.
Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and routine servicing.
Troubleshoot production equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Document maintenance activities, inspections, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production personnel to ensure reliable equipment operation.
Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and improvements.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure safety compliance.
Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
