Job summary

JTI is seeking an experienced maintenance mechanic to diagnose and repair machine and PLC faults at JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas. You will analyze root causes, implement preventive measures, and prioritize work to maximize uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a vocational Electrical diploma, proficiency with P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, PLCs, and VFDs, and 2–3 years of mechanical experience in any industry. On-site work with rotating shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• A vocational degree in Electrical is a must.
• Proficient in reading P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, PLCs, and VFDs.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a mechanic in any industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair machine and PLC faults to maintain performance and quality.
• Analyze root causes and implement solutions to prevent repeat issues.
• Prioritize work to maximize uptime and meet performance targets.
• Repair or replace components using machine manuals and drawings.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Implement necessary modifications and improvements.
