TAPA KING INC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Pasig City, Metro Manila, to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This full-time role involves preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and recording activities to support reliable service delivery.

The ideal candidate has maintenance experience, reading schematics, and strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, with a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a fast-paced environment.
Technical knowledge of equipment maintenance, repair and troubleshooting.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and maintenance schedules.
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, inspections and servicing of equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, identifying root causes.
Conduct preventive maintenance on schedule to minimise downtime.
Repair or replace faulty components and systems as required.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and issues.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
Collaborate with team to prioritise tasks and respond to urgent repairs.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Communicate equipment condition and maintenance needs to management.
