Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of store facilities and equipment.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and repair work.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and address minor maintenance issues.
• Ensure facilities, fixtures, and equipment are in good working condition.
• Report major repairs, damages, and maintenance concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas.
• Properly use and maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.
