Job summary

VENTURESLINK MANAGEMENT SOLUTION INC. is seeking a skilled Technician in Taguig City for a full-time position to maintain and upgrade our equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.

You will perform routine maintenance, diagnostics and repairs, install new systems, and document activities while supporting emergency repairs. NCR rate plus OT pay and free HMO after 6 months is offered to a motivated professional.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technician in the trades/services field.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communication of technical information.
• Valid technical certification or relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
• Repairing and replacing faulty components in a timely manner.
• Installing new equipment and systems per specifications and safety standards.
• Conducting preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and issues.
