Job summary

Arvin International Marketing Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer (Logistics Associate) to coordinate end-to-end movement of products, including salt, chemicals, and rice, across the supply chain in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will plan deliveries, manage inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with suppliers, warehouses, and customers. The role requires field work nationwide when needed and a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• At least three years of logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP or other ERP systems are an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Pasay City and travel nationwide as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities for bulk and packaged products.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate deliveries to customers, warehouses, and partners for on-time fulfillment.
• Manage inventory levels and product movement across warehouses and distribution points.
• Prepare, review, and process logistics documents (receipts, bills of lading, packing lists, invoices).
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouse staff, sales teams, and customers on schedules and requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and address delays, damages, or shortages with corrective actions.
• Assist in route planning and delivery scheduling to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics documentation.
• Support warehouse operations, inventories, stock reconciliations, and audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare logistics reports and provide operational updates to management.
• Conduct field work at warehouses, suppliers, transport providers, and customers nationwide when required.
