The role covers computer operations, hardware/software troubleshooting, network and LAN cabling, system and database development, programming, website administration, CCTV installation and maintenance, user support, equipment deployment, and IT project implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• 1–3 years IT support or systems administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.
• Experience with SQL databases and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of system development, scripting, and software testing.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with CCTV installation/troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress/website administration is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to conduct site/project visits and work extended hours when required.
