Job summary

A local IT service provider in Metro Manila seeks an IT Support staff based in Lucena City. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day IT operations, respond to technical issues, and maintain site infrastructure. This role requires at least a 2nd year College student in IT or related fields, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

• Attends to IT-related issues at the assigned Registry of Deeds.
• Ensures smooth IT operations of the assigned RD.
• Provides maintenance support of all IT Infrastructure.
• Communicates with Headquarters for operational incidents.
• Prepares the Operations report weekly and monthly.
• Participates in daily IT operations at the site.
