Job summary

Therma Luzon, Inc. is seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Management Specialist to optimize stock, data accuracy, and logistics execution in Pagbilao, Quezon.

You will implement inventory controls, analyze data, prepare reports, and coordinate with teams to meet corporate objectives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Accounting or Engineering) and at least 1 year warehousing experience in power plants or related settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Engineering.
• At least 1 year exposure in warehousing, power plants, construction or similar working environment.
• Leadership or project management not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive delivered items in the system (Maximo) and prepare documents for payment processing.
• Check correct quantity and type of items delivered by the supplier.
• Allocate storage space and move items to designated locations in the warehouse.
• Process item issuance requests and prepare items for end-user issuance.
• Handle inbound/outbound shipments and monitor related payments.
• Draft and submit daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 55000 and related policies.
