Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an Inventory and Warehouse Management Manager in Pagbilao, Quezon to plan, direct, and optimize warehousing, inventory management, forecasting, and logistics for our power generation facilities.

You will lead policies, ensure standardization across locations, and collaborate with O&M, CSUs, and procurement while coaching a team to achieve cost-effective operations and strong safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Preferably licensed as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• 5+ years in supply chain management and warehousing for power/industrial facilities.
• At least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
• Willing to report onsite at Pagbilao, Quezon.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements policies for inventory management, warehousing, and logistics with proper documentation.
• Ensures standardized processes across locations and monitors performance.
• Leads inventory planning, warehousing operations, and asset disposal decisions.
• Collaborates with O&M, CSUs, suppliers and finance on logistics needs.
• Coaches and develops direct reports with measurable performance goals.
• Manages budget and reports for management decision making.
