Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Site Logistics Associate to manage inbound/outbound warehousing, verify material issuances, and maintain daily inventory with the Inventory Controller. You will coordinate with multiple warehouses to ensure accurate production and distribution processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1 year of warehousing experience, knowledge of SAP/ERP, and willingness to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year of inbound/outbound warehousing experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP software.
• Knowledge of MHE operations is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Checking startup's pre- and post-operational accomplishments and requirements.
• Examining and updating transactions of all transfer receipts and prescribing receiving, handling and storage guidelines for finished goods from manufacturing.
• Verifying and checking all issuances of materials and supplies for production and distribution.
• Providing an accurate daily inventory count and coordinating with the Inventory Controller to analyze discrepancies.
• Controlling and leading the receiving and issuance activities of warehouses for specific products by daily checking forms and documents.
• Coordinating with other distribution centers or warehouses for production or consumption codes of products.
