Job summary

Select VoiceCom in Cebu IT Park is seeking an HR Administrator to manage day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, masterlist updates, 201 files, and records on-site.

You will work with Team Leaders and Campaign Managers on performance evaluations after training and probation, prepare employment documents, and monitor probationary status. A degree in psychology/HR, MS Office skills, and 6 months of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Development Management or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related HR experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including contracts and masterlist updates.
• Maintain 201 files and handle records management.
• Encode employee data in HRIS and ensure accurate masterlist information.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders/Managers for performance evaluations post-training.
• Prepare employment contracts, training documents, and transfers.
• Monitor probationary and regular employment status.
• Perform other duties of a similar nature.
