Select VoiceCom in Cebu IT Park is seeking an HR Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, data updates, and records management. You will work closely with Team Leaders and Campaign Managers to support performance evaluations after training and probation, and prepare employment documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• At least 6 months related experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitors/Tracks contract renewal of employees.
• Maintains 201 files and record management.
• Encode employee data in the HR Information System.
• Ensures that the masterlist contains the most recent information about the employees.
• Work hand in hand with Team Leaders and/or Campaign Managers for the employees performance evaluation after training and probationary period.
• Prepares all employment contracts, training, and lateral transfer documents.
• Monitors employment status of employees who are qualified for probationary and regular employment.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
