IHG is seeking a responsible Guest Services professional for its Instant Service Center in Manila. You will handle calls, guest inquiries, and service requests across hotel operations, while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and safety protocols.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and familiarity with hotel systems like Opera and reservation platforms. You will work a 24/7 schedule to support a global brand and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Mansioni

• Answer calls within prescribed time frame and route to required destination.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly including e-mail management and system entries.
• Provide guests with information on facilities, directions, safety and security procedures.
• Notify management of malfunctioning phones or systems and escalate as needed.
• Respond to callers professionally reflecting the hotel and brand.
• Log calls and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate outstanding requests to management for follow-up.
