Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deploy, replace, check, reprogram and service as per customer specifications within timelines.
• Test and calibrate installed equipment to ensure proper function.
• Train merchants on terminal functionality, care and security.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve customer concerns.
