Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred.
• At least 1 year of field work, government transactions or related experience is advantageous.
• Reliable, trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila government offices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Willing to work both in the field and on-site.
• Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City or Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Submit and retrieve documents from SEC, BIR, LGU offices, banks, notaries, and other government and private offices.
• Deliver and collect client documents as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts, transmittals, and proof of delivery.
• Assist with printing, scanning, photocopying, filing and other admin tasks.
• Provide operational support for business registration and compliance.
• Identify and refer potential clients to the Sales team.
• Assist in basic sales and promotional activities as needed.
