Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years experience in facilities maintenance or building operations.
Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety documentation, and simple schematics.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of back-of-house areas (mechanical rooms, electrical closets, loading docks, service corridors).
Respond to work orders and coordinate with engineers/maintenance staff for timely resolution.
Assist with receiving deliveries and inventory management for supplies and equipment.
Support preventive maintenance by preparing work areas and documenting tasks.
Maintain records using CMMS and ensure safety/compliance procedures are followed.
