Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Power, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in transmission and distribution (T&D) construction.
• Dedicated experience in renewable energy projects.
• 2–3 years as Site Manager for 69kV+ projects.
• Experience with HV testing equipment is advantageous.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, ETAP.
• Strong English communication; local language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, supervise staff and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor construction schedule (Primavera P6) and recovery actions.
• Chair toolbox and coordination meetings with Owner, TSO, Consultant.
• Review method statements, ITPs, HSE plans, lifting/live-work procedures.
• Control resources and monitor costs; prepare BCWS/BCWP/ACWP reports.
• Verify subcontractors’ progress and support variation orders/claims.
• Enforce HSE systems to target zero incidents.
• Collate as-built drawings, testing reports, and O&M manuals.
• Report KPIs, risks, delays, and contingencies within 24h to PM.
• Experience in Transmission Line, Substation; renewables preferred.
