Job summary

CCC is seeking an Electrical Engineer for an on-site role in Ajuy, Iloilo. The successful candidate will supervise electrical works for substations and transmission lines, review methods and ITPs, and ensure compliance with drawings, quality, and HSE standards.

Collaboration with QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors is essential. Candidates should have 2–3+ years in substations, 138kV+ experience, and strong reading of drawings, IEC/IEEE knowledge, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of substation experience, preferably in two or more projects.
• Experience in 138kV or higher-voltage substation and transmission line projects.
• Experience in HV electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Able to read electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and applicable grid standards.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical works for substation and transmission line projects
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning activities
• Review, prepare, and revise Method Statements, ITPs, and work procedures
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality, and HSE requirements
• Coordinate with Site Manager, QA/QC, HSE, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor daily progress and prepare accomplishment reports
• Assist in troubleshooting, technical issues, documentation, and project handover
