Job summary

TASQ is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join fast-growing accounts in the Visayas. You will deliver exceptional service by effectively communicating, solving problems, and profiling customers, via phone, email, and chat.

On-site roles are available in Iloilo, Bacolod, or Cebu, with graveyard and rotating shifts. Candidates should be fluent in English; no prior experience is required for Iloilo/Bacolod, while Cebu requires at least 1 year in BPO or related coursework.

Qualifications

• Must be conversant in English (spoken and written).
• Willing to work fully on-site within Iloilo or Bacolod.
• For Cebu: at least 2nd year in college or 1 year of BPO experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
• Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
