Job summary

You will handle calls, address inquiries, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely updates and resolution, while supporting residential client requests and maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls while meeting target AHT.
• Serve as primary contact for client interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Address inquiries and concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve client issues promptly.
• Provide clients with timely updates regarding the status of their inquiries.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of residential client requests and resolution of complaints.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
