Job summary

Autohub Group in Manila is seeking a Customer Service-oriented professional for an on-site role as HR/Admin Supervisor. You will ensure exceptional customer service for Sales customers, address concerns within your authority, and manage appointment planning.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, coordinating communications using standard CRM scripts, and offering insurance/road assistance to boost sales.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any business related course
• On-site Manila working location

Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient and effective delivery of exceptional customer service to Sales customers
• Receives customer concerns from Sales and After Sales transactions and addresses the concerns within their level of authority
• Records the appointments scheduled from proactive customer contact and prepares the Appointment Plan / Daily Appointment Monitoring Report to be distributed the following day
• Communicates with customers using the standard spiels indicated in the CRM Manual of Operations
• Offers insurance and emergency road assistance to clients to help generate and boost overall sales.
