Job summary

Unity Communications seeks a Company Nurse for an onsite setup in Pasay, Philippines. You will manage employee health, provide first aid, run wellness programs, and coordinate HMO benefits in collaboration with the safety officer.

The role requires a Nursing degree with PRC license, BLS/First Aid certifications, 1–2 years in corporate health, and ability to work night shifts in an on-site clinic.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with valid PRC license to practice in the Philippines.
• 1–2 years clinical or occupational health experience, preferably in corporate/BPO.
• BLS and First Aid certification are required.
• Working knowledge of OSH standards and safety compliance.
• Experience coordinating HMO enrollment and government health benefits.
• Familiarity with SSS/Magna Carta claims processing.
• Strong record-keeping and discreet documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to educate employees on health matters.
• Willingness to work night shift in an on-site clinic.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee health concerns and provide first aid and emergency care.
• Conduct health screenings and monitor employee health status.
• Develop wellness programs to promote healthy lifestyles.
• Educate employees on nutrition, exercise, and mental health.
• Maintain confidential medical records and verify medical certificates.
• Collaborate with safety officer to ensure a safe workplace and inspect health hazards.
• Own and ensure OSH program compliance.
• Coordinate HMO enrollment and guide benefits utilization.
• Assist with SSS, maternity, and Magna Carta claims and government filings.
• Maintain medical supplies inventory and prepare health metrics reports.
• Coordinate health screenings, vaccinations, and follow-up visits.
• Support budget management for health programs and provide overflow coverage as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing
