Job summary

Net Pacific, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Engineer (Civil Engineer) to join our Capas, Tarlac team on a full-time basis.

You will be the on-site technical representative, supervising civil and structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to drawings, specs, and safety standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license or eligibility to obtain one in the Philippines.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience as Site Engineer or similar role.
• Proven expertise in site supervision and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all on-site construction activities per plans and standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks for safety and specs.
• Maintain comprehensive site documentation: reports, logs, tests, as-builts.
• Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers for timely progress.
• Monitor material deliveries and verify compliance with specs.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental (HSE) protocols on-site.
• Report issues, deviations and risks to project management with corrective actions.
• Provide on-site engineering support for construction challenges.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities on progress and compliance.
• Keep records of milestones, delays and variations.
