Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; professional licensure is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of site construction experience.
• Experience supervising construction personnel and project teams.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable engineering standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret engineering plans, designs, and technical documents.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project requirements.
• Identify site issues and implement effective solutions to minimize delays and risks.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and resource management.
