Job summary

HML Technologies and Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Civil Engineer to supervise site operations, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, is licensed (preferred), and has at least 3 years of construction supervision experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. On-site work and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction project supervision.
• Knowledge of plan reading, quantity surveying, project scheduling, and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; MS Project/Primavera is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Project-in-Charge, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients regarding project requirements and progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment and progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines and identify potential delays or issues, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
• Verify work accomplishments and quantities for billing and project documentation.
• Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and safety regulations on site.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Perform other engineering and project-related duties as may be assigned by Management.
