Qualifications

• Experience in basic bookkeeping and financial record-keeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Monitor bank reconciliations and petty cash.
• Assist in payroll processing and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks, suppliers and government agencies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
