Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an Account Receivable Clerk to join our on-site team in the San Juan area. You will manage AR records, process invoices, monitor aging, and collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate, timely financial operations.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1+ year of related experience is preferred. Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting principles is required; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic accounting principles and financial record-keeping.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Able to maintain accurate records and handle confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accounts receivable records to ensure accuracy.
