Lynk Global is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper for AU client accounts in Manila. You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, and financial records for a portfolio of clients, collaborating with an onshore Senior Bookkeeper to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

This is a fully on-site role in BGC Taguig, with flexible scheduling within early morning hours. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in bookkeeping and proficiency in Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, including payroll processing.
• Experience with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Collaborate effectively with a team but also work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across client accounts.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, invoices and payments.
• Process payroll including timesheets and changes.
• Maintain payroll and superannuation records.
• Assist GST coding and BAS/IAS support.
• Support month-end processes and financial reporting.
• Keep digital records organized and coordinate with onshore team.
