Job summary

Lynk Global is seeking a Bookkeeper for AU clients in BGC Taguig. This fully on-site role supports an Australian chartered accounting firm, handling day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll across multiple client accounts.

You will reconcile accounts, manage payables/receivables, assist with BAS and IAS, and collaborate with the onshore Senior Bookkeeper to ensure timely, accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Xero, MYOB or QuickBooks.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written.
• Collaborate effectively with a team but also work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records across multiple client accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards and balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, payments and outstanding balances.
• Process payroll, including timesheets, leave and employee changes, with support from the Senior Bookkeeper.
• Maintain payroll and superannuation records and assist with related reconciliations.
• Assist with GST coding and prepare supporting information for BAS and IAS review.
• Support month-end processes, including journals, reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Keep digital records organised and work closely with the onshore team to resolve queries and meet deadlines.

About the Role

Join Lynk Global and support an Australian chartered accounting firm that helps businesses manage their accounting and financial needs. Working closely with their onshore Senior Bookkeeper, you will manage day-to-day bookkeeping and payroll tasks across a portfolio of clients, keeping financial records accurate, organised and up to date.
