Job summary

TGT GLOBAL in Manila is seeking a Bookkeeper to manage daily Australian client bookkeeping, including AP, AR, invoicing and bank reconciliations using Xero.

You will help keep records accurate, resolve discrepancies, and support financial reporting while growing your expertise in a collaborative global team.

This role offers onsite work at BGC with potential work-from-home after regularization and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Australian bookkeeping or accounting support roles.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software.
• Experience processing supplier invoices, managing customer payments, and reconciling balances.
• Understanding of general ledger maintenance, invoicing, and basic financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and perform supplier statement reconciliations.
• Set up and maintain supplier accounts and online portals.
• Record COD receipt transactions.
• Monitor supplier credit terms and assist with credit forecasting and reporting.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date supplier records.
