Job summary

Wesco in Pasay, Philippines is seeking an Associate Engineer – Support to manage end-user service support. You will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system and troubleshoot ethernet networking issues in line with SLA.

You will work with engineering, applications engineering, and QA to resolve problems, prioritize tickets, and deliver excellent infrastructure support on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting network and AV operations.
• Experience delivering support for ethernet technologies and concepts.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; strong communication skills.
• CCNA or JNCIA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot ethernet networking problems per SLA.
• Coordinate with engineering, applications engineering, and QA teams.
• Prioritize, categorize, and log calls and incidents accurately.
• Handle audio, video, and ethernet networking support cases.
