Job summary

Responsibilities

Provide first-level WAN, wired/wireless LAN, and voice network support.
Handle deployment, installation, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
Monitor network devices and applications using enterprise monitoring tools.
Assist in implementation projects, testing activities, and hardware acceptance processes.
Support Cisco network environments and participate in operational improvement initiatives.
Manage ITSM tickets, network documentation, device inventory, and reporting activities.
Coordinate with technical teams, service providers, and stakeholders during issue resolution.
Provide on-site support and preventive maintenance activities when required.
