Job summary

InboxZeroVA is seeking a confident UGC Content Creator & On-Camera Talent to produce short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, from home in the Philippines. This is primarily an on-camera role turning concepts into authentic videos for a US audience.

You will work from scripts or briefs, record multiple variations, help with basic editing/captions, and maintain professional yet relatable on-camera presence.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills.
• Confident, natural, and engaging on-camera presence.
• Comfortable recording yourself frequently.
• Experience creating UGC, TikTok, Reels, short-form videos, advertisements, or similar content.
• Ability to make scripted content sound conversational.
• Understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and keeping viewers engaged.
• Basic short-form video editing skills.
• Able to receive feedback and re-record quickly.
• Reliable internet connection and suitable recording environment.

Responsibilities

• Record short-form video advertisements and UGC-style content regularly.
• Deliver scripts naturally with conversational delivery.
• Record multiple variations of the same concept with different hooks and CTAs.
• Create different video formats (talking-head, walk-and-talk, explainer, testimonials, demos, stories).
• Adapt delivery to the audience and creative direction.
• Maintain professional yet relatable on-camera presence for US healthcare/business audiences.
• Record from home setup withgood lighting and sound; perform basic editing when required.
• Add captions and simple visual elements; organize and submit footage per workflow.
