Nexora Office Support and Services is seeking a creative UGC Creator & Social Media Ambassador to voice our brand on camera. You will conceive, script, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook to showcase workplace culture.

You will collaborate on-site in Pasay, develop engaging hooks, and help grow our online community through trend-aware content and strategic posting. A proven portfolio of short-form content and excellent English communication are required.

About the role

Nexora Office Support and Services is seeking a creative and energetic UGC Creator & Social Media Ambassador to serve as an on-camera voice for our brand. This role is responsible for concepting, scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook to build brand awareness, highlight workplace culture, and engage our online community.

Key responsibilities

• Produce short-form video content (TikToks, Instagram Reels, Facebook Shorts) featuring on-camera presentations, workplace highlights, and promotional themes

• Develop creative angles, engaging hooks, concise scripts, and campaign strategies aligned with current social media trends

• Assemble, edit, and optimize video assets using mobile editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or Premiere Rush

• Partner with internal teams to execute content calendars and implement organic audience engagement strategies

• Monitor short-form content trends, audio cues, and platform updates to keep brand messaging relevant and engaging

About you

• Minimum 20k followers on a personal or professional social media platform (TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube)

• Demonstrated experience in short-form video production, UGC (User-Generated Content), or social media brand management

• Strong on-camera presence, clear articulation, and high energy

• Proficient in video editing applications (e.g., CapCut, Canva) with an understanding of pacing, hooks, and short-form storytelling

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Ability to collaborate on-site with teams and consistently meet content publishing schedules
