Job summary

GrowthAssistant, LLC is hiring a Paid Ads Video Editor to own the editing and post-production of video creatives powering our paid social engine. You’ll transform raw footage into high-converting ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube across 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9 formats.

You’ll edit, color-correct, and finalize UGC, creator content, and product shots with a premium yet authentic feel, ensuring on-brand tone for a fast-growing DTC brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years editing paid social ads with focus on performance.
• Experience producing UGC testimonials and direct-response formats.
• Proficient with CapCut and Adobe tools; comfortable with Frame.io workflows.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to take briefs and brief teams.
• Fast, high-volume editing with a strong craft standard.
• Strategic thinker on hooks, pacing, retention; receptive to feedback.
• Available to work US Eastern Time full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and more.
• Create varied hooks, bodies, and CTAs from assets for testing.
• Collaborate with Growth to interpret performance data into edits.
• Own the full edit process: pacing, sound, captions, motion graphics.
• Maintain on-brand visuals across all ads and assets.
• Organize reviews in Frame.io and deliver assets in correct specs.
• Stay updated on paid social trends and platform best practices.
