Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative is seeking an On-call Driver to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time role supports warehousing, storage and distribution operations, delivering goods with reliability and attention to safety.

The ideal candidate holds a valid licence, 2+ years as a commercial/delivery driver, and a clean driving record. On-call flexibility, GPS familiarity, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s licence appropriate for the vehicle class.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a commercial or delivery driver.
• Strong knowledge of Manila City and Metro Manila road networks and traffic conditions.
• Excellent driving record with a clean history of traffic violations and accidents.
• Physical fitness.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliability and punctuality, with the ability to work on-call shifts.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and digital communication tools.
• Valid vehicle insurance and medical certification as required by local regulations.
• Defensive driving or road safety training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods and materials to designated locations as per dispatch instructions.
• Respond promptly to on-call requests and adjust schedules to accommodate urgent delivery requirements.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
• Load, secure and unload cargo following proper handling procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including delivery logs, mileage reports and fuel consumption documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff and customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns.
• Adhere to all traffic regulations, company policies and safety protocols whilst operating company vehicles.
• Assist with warehouse operations, stock management and other duties as required to support business operations.
• Maintain a clean and organised vehicle interior and exterior at all times.

What we're looking for
