• Loading and Unloading: Safely lifting, sorting, and organizing cargo in the vehicle to prevent damage.
• Navigation and Timing: Utilizing GPS to follow assigned routes and ensuring all deliveries are completed within designated timeframes.
• Customer Interaction: Presenting a professional demeanor, verifying order accuracy, resolving customer complaints, and collecting signatures or payments when necessary.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, refueling, and performing basic upkeep to keep the delivery vehicle in safe, working condition.
• Compliance: Adhering strictly to all traffic laws, transportation regulations, and safety protocols.
