Suyen Corporation is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Channel Manager to lead our online ecosystem across Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and more. You will own multi-brand e-commerce strategies, drive sales targets, and lead a cross-functional team of Account Managers, Operations, CS and Creative/Production staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the eCommerce department, including official brand stores on major platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.). Direct Account Managers, Operations, CS Representatives, and Creative/Production teams (Photographers and Graphic Artists).
• Act as the primary lead for big-picture e-commerce initiatives, bridging the gap between platform partners, internal brand managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Forecast, track, and report on key metrics across all platforms. Utilize Google Analytics and platform tools to analyze campaign KPIs, drive sales objectives, and turn raw data into strategic insights for executive stakeholders.
• Formulate and execute aggressive sales plans for mega campaign dates based on brand visibility, audience size, and marketplace trends.
• Identify operational bottlenecks in marketplaces to optimize product uploads, streamline customer touchpoints, and continuously refine existing digital retail processes.
• Liaise seamlessly across internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Merchandising) to ensure timely execution of platform solutions and unified brand experiences.
