Iontech, Inc. seeks an experienced E-commerce Supervisor to oversee orders, campaigns, and brand activities in a fast-paced online retail environment.

You will coordinate with the fulfillment team, manage Lazada, Shopee, Zalora Marketplace, and TikTok Shop accounts, and drive monthly sale campaigns to grow revenue. The role offers Direct Hiring, regular hours, health benefits, and a car plan for tenured leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years proven experience in E-Commerce / Online Retails.
• In depth knowledge in E-commerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages and tracks orders from E-commerce platforms (Lazada/Shopee/Zalora Marketplace/Tiktok Shop)
• Works with the fulfillment team to support and manage execution of all e-commerce activities
• Handles local and multinational brands and executes all its e-commerce activities
• Do creative production that included product shoots, creation of campaign paraphernalia
• Formulates monthly sale campaigns
• Product proposal to principals
• Acts as the key interface between the customer and all relevant division
