Gratitude Jobs Ahead HR Inc. is hiring an Omnichannel Business Analyst in Taguig, Philippines. The role requires 1–3 years in a business systems or operations analyst position, with Salesforce and contact center experience.

You will document requirements, configure and troubleshoot contact center platforms, and create training materials, tests, and guides within an Agile team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in a business systems or operations analyst role.
• Experience supporting Salesforce.
• Understanding of contact center technologies.
• Strong communication and requirements gathering skills.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to document business requirements and process flows.
• Support configuration and troubleshooting of contact center platforms.
• Create user documentation, training materials and process guides.
• Develop and execute test scripts and support UAT.
• Manage backlog and support Agile sprint activities.
