Job summary

You will highlight product features and brand stories to drive sell-through with consistent execution.

You will train and motivate ISVMs, cascade VM guidelines to store teams, and ensure optimal store layouts, color flow, mannequin styling, andcampaign readiness for omni-channel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience in visual merchandising and store communications.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation of best practice visual merchandising and in-store communication across stores.
• Train and motivate ISVMs to deliver excellence in execution across the market.
• Cascade brand and VM guidelines to ISVM and store teams to ensure consistent principles.
• Guide store layout, color flow, mannequin styling, VM standards, and ISC materials.
• Support omni-channel campaigns with field/store insights and campaign readiness.
• Audit and order VM tools for stores in collaboration with retail and omni teams.
• Lead new store openings with stakeholders to ensure retail execution aligned with brand guidelines.
