Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 4–8 years in visual merchandising or related roles.
• Experience with multi-store retail environments and store openings.
• Proven ability to manage external VM agencies and designers.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on in stores.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage VM strategy across all brands and store formats.
• Translate campaigns into in-store execution.
• Act as the primary internal contact for external VM and retail design agencies.
• Develop briefs for agency partners and review proposed concepts.
• Ensure VM designs are commercially relevant and locally executable.
• Plan and manage VM support for seasonal campaigns, promotions and launches.
• Coordinate with Retail Operations to ensure timely rollout of VM initiatives.
• Adapt VM concepts to different store sizes, layouts and constraints.
• Establish and maintain VM guidelines, standards and execution toolkits.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess execution quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Creatives, CX, Digital Marketing, Demand Managers, and Retail Operations teams.
• Support new store openings, renovations, and activations.
• Conduct competitive reviews and monitor VM trends.
• Liaise with suppliers and external partners involved in VM execution.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks related to the role.
