Job summary

OILINK INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is seeking a Logistics Assistant in Mariveles, Bataan. The role involves monitoring loading status for fuels and related products, conducting driver alcohol tests, and coordinating driver availability to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities include preparing delivery documents, tracking hours, and updating GPS and Salesforce statuses throughout shipments. Physical fitness and basic computer skills are required; oil-industry experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.

• 1–3 years oil industry experience preferred; training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate and update loading status for fuels, base oil and asphalt.
• Perform alcohol testing for delivery drivers before assignments.
• Track drivers' working hours and coordinate availability with the Logistics Assistant.
• Check and file delivery documents; report discrepancies or losses.
• Prepare delivery documents (COQ, permits, tax forms, etc.).
• Coordinate planned deliveries and adjust schedules to meet customer needs.
• Monitor truck delivery via GPS during shifts; update Salesforce truck status.

1-3 years working relevant experience in an oil industry would be an advantage Training (Highly required)

Monitor, coordinate and update the status of loading of fuels, base oil and asphalt products to Logistics Assistant.

Perform alcohol testing to all delivery drivers prior to every delivery assignment.

Monitor the driver's working hours and coordinate with Logistics Assistant the list of available drivers.

Check and file the delivery documents returned by drivers after every delivery.

Report wrong, incomplete details on documents. Report lost, damaged and incomplete delivery documents to Logistics Assistant.

Prepare necessary delivery documents such as but not limited to COQ, check payment for Fishport, permit to operate, bunkering permit, BIR form 2307, authority to pass, safety waiver, etc.

Coordinate planned deliveries during Sunday loading at Bao and make necessary adjustments on delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.

Monitor truck delivery via GPS during their shift.

Update Sales force truck status for deliveries scheduled in Bataan.
